Your very own artwork could be on a milk carton!

Help us celebrate our 90th birthday by creating a design for the side panel of a carton of Smith Brothers Farms milk. The contest is open to kids in two age groups: 11 and under; and 12 to 17. The winner in each age group will have his or her design printed as well as receive a $100.00 Smith Brothers Farms gift certificate. Second and third place winners in each age group will receive $50.00 or $25.00 gift certificates.

Click on the link below to download a contest entry form with full details and official rules. Once complete, you can either scan or photograph your entry and then upload to our Facebook site, or mail it to the address on the back of the form.
