Brioche is a yeast bread that’s enriched with lots of butter and eggs, creating a rich, buttery loaf with a tender crumb and thin golden-brown crust. Inspired by the classic French bread, Coeur d’Alene Bakery has created a pull-apart version making it perfect for party sandwiches and sliders, or even as an addition to your weeknight menu. Coeur d' Alene Bakery has been family-owned and operated in Kent since 1993. Hand-baked using traditional processes, every roll is fresh and flavorful.
Note: Rolls are par-baked. For optimal flavor and texture, lightly toast in the oven.
