Milkman Ty Casey

Ty loves being a milkman because he has great customers and loves being outside! He's a Western Washington University alum with a degree in recreation. In his free time, he goes whitewater rafting as much as possible.

Although you're no longer our milkman, I wanted to say "thank you" for week after week delivering milk to our door.  While our twins were babies and transitioning from formula to milk we never had the unfortunately situation of running out because we knew milk would arrive as scheduled!  Thank you!

Thank you for being our milkman for all these years. One of the earliest "chores" our kids undertook was bringing the milk in on Thursdays. This was back when they were barely able to lift a single carton with two hands. It is a routine that they still look forward to. Wish you well on your new route! - The Subramanian Family

I think we met Ty on a recent walk in our neighborhood in Greenwood. We had been on the fence about ordering from Smith Brothers and he took the time to explain how it works and how it supports local businesses. Just made our first and likely not our last purchase. Thanks, Ty!

Thanks Ty for a great job delivering our orders.... We have appreciated your continued work to deliver our milk and other products.  It has helped us immensely in these unprecedented times of pandemic.  Because of your delivering products to our door, we are able to lessen our time at the grocery store or elsewhere.

Happy National Milkman Day, Ty! Thank you for the consistency and routine you provide our family.  A weekly chore for our boys is to bring in the milk on Fridays and they are always so excited to open the box and see what's inside. Hi,
We think of our milkman TY as the Daredevil, Matt Murdock, Ninja of milk delivery guys. He must be skilled with the martial arts of delivery weapons because he moves with acrobatic dexterity and the silent stealth of a shinobi in the wee hours of the morning at our house. We have never actually seen this ninja of a milkman because he comes and goes so quietly that he doesn’t even wake our dog up when he pulls into our long driveway. He always has our order correct and never miss a warriors step. Thank You Master Ty. Keep up the great work.

We have enjoyed getting milk delivered for more than a year now, it’s probably the best thing about moving to Washington. During these scary times of covid it has made me even more thankful for our milk delivery. Thank you so much for always being here for us.

Hello, Ty! Thanks for delivering our coffee creamer every week. My husband looks forward to your delivery every Friday! We must be your first stop b/c you deliver to us around 4AM. We hear you as we are pouring our first cup of coffee, sometimes waiting for your delivery. Thank you for keeping us stocked up.

Ty, Thank you so much for faithfully bringing us our milk and braving our long and bumpy gravel driveway to get it here! My oldest daughter enjoys the organic half and half on her cereal. Since she was little she thought the logo looked like a cowboy, so we call it cowboy milk. :)

TJ is always friendly to us, if we ever happen to see each other, he seems to be very stealthy, sometimes so much my dog doesn't even bark because she doesn't hear him pull up! We have enjoyed getting out orders on time and always perfect! Eggs and milk always set in our box with care! He must be good at Tetris too, because sometimes I order a lot of stuff and he always seems to get it in there! Happy Milkman day TJ! I hope your day is amazing!!

Thank you Ty for your hard work and kindness. Every delivery I see you run from the truck to the house. When I see you there is always a smile and kindness.
Our order is sweetly placed in the box and when something was out of stock a note of apology was tucked inside.
We are more than happy and we have recommended Smith Brothers to family and friends especially during these uncertain times!

Can’t say enough positive things about Ty. Kind, conscientious and amazing are the first that pop into my head. Always leaves a sad face note when something wasn’t available; came back to our box to exchange an item when he discovered a miss delivery; super stealthy and quiet—he walks past our bedroom windows in the morning’s wee hours and neither we or our dog hear him. Even our neighbors have commented how quiet he is!👏🏼👍🏼 Have appreciated being able to get so much local good food delivered—he literally has helped keep us safe and healthy. We ❤️ Ty!!
