Kielbasa, which is the Polish word for sausage, is a smoked sausage that’s most often made with pork and enriched with spices like garlic and marjoram. Uli’s Famous Smoked Heavy Garlic Kielbasa are handcrafted in Seattle and contain antibiotic-free pork proudly raised on U.S. farms. Uli’s uses the same recipe as their Polish kielbasa, but these links are cooked over beechwood, giving it a nice smoky flavor. Fully cooked and smoked to perfection, they are equally delicious whether served hot or cold. Throw on the grill, fold into pasta salad, or serve alongside sauerkraut.
