Daniel's Artisan Fuego is a chile-infused, hand-rubbed cheese made from cow's milk featuring jalapeno and Scotch-Bonnet peppers throughout. To add a kick of flavor, the rind is rubbed with crushed red jalapeno powder in the “enchilado” style, giving its signature bright red color. This cheese is creamy and delicious! The small pieces of jalapeño and Scotch bonnet peppers inside the cheese give it the perfect balance of flavor and heat in my opinion. My whole family loved it, so I just added more to my cart for next week!

This is subtle and subdued - but in the best of ways. It’s soft and mild however still provides an unexpected hint of heat occasionally. I agree with the other review that this isn’t particularly spicy so if you’re looking for extreme heat this is not the one. However, if you’re looking for something on the lighter side this is a fantastic option.

Not spicy at all, very disappointed.

The description of this cheese leads you to believe that it would be nice and hot/spicy, this couldn't be further from the case. Scotch bonnets are supposed to be as hot or similar to habanero. This cheese had little to no heat, I could barely tell it was supposed to be hot at all. I could eat jarred jalapeno slices and get more heat than this supposed habanero level it's supposed to contain.

Do not buy this cheese if you are looking for heat, it has none.
