What’s up with 4 star average rating for this product?
I love that this is stringy. I hate string cheese that you can’t pull apart. What’s the point? The texture is softer than normal so kind of odd to me but I don’t mind. I just wish the cheese was saltier—that’s my only complaint. My favorite string cheese ever is Vern’s brand which is stiffer, drier, and SALTY. But this is an interesting alternative. I plan to use it to make mozzarella sticks.
