If you're not able to retrieve your order from your porch box right away, dry ice can be a great solution. Dry ice comes in a pink, plastic bag (image #1). Your milkman will place the dry ice underneath the protective metal plate at the bottom of your porch box (image #2). Please do not remove the metal plate (image #3) or handle the dry ice. Your milkman will take care of everything!

Dry ice is typically available in warmer summer months (May - September) and will be removed from your order automatically in the fall.
