How does delivery work?
We deliver weekly, on the same day each week. Your delivery day and time is based on your address - grouped with your neighbors for efficiency and consistency. We will email you with your delivery day once we place your address on a route.
How do I customize my order?
You can shop until 2pm the day before your next delivery. Use the app or website to add or remove any items you’d like, increase or decrease quantities, or skip a delivery when you’re out of town.
Is there a commitment?
No commitments. No subscriptions. No contracts. No surprise fees. Just fresh milk and groceries delivered to your door each week - with the old-fashioned service we have provided since 1920.
Are there delivery fees?
Delivery is free when your order is $15 or more. If it’s under $15, there’s just a flat $2.99 charge. That’s it. No service fees, no tips, and no surprise extra charges.
Am I locked into anything?
No. All we ask is that you keep one recurring item to maintain active service - and even that can be changed anytime.
Can I skip a week?
Yes. You can skip a delivery up to 2pm the day before your delivery - or manage your scheduled weekly deliveries up to 8 weeks in advance. No penalties, no hassle.
What if there’s an issue with my order?
We’ll make it right. Our local support team responds quickly by phone and email - and you’ll always reach a real person who cares.
Where does your milk come from?
We receive raw milk daily from trusted Northwest dairy farms and process it the Smith Brothers way. so it’s often at your doorstep within a day or two of leaving the farm. It’s the freshest milk in town!
What groceries do you carry?
We offer more than 500 curated items - from everyday staples to local favorites. You’ll find milk, eggs, bread, produce, yogurt, juices, meats, snacks, and more.

Do I have to be home for delivery?
No. Your groceries are packed in your reusable, insulated steel porchbox to keep everything safe and cold until you bring it inside. Dry ice is available during hot weather.
How do I get a porchbox?
Your porchbox is included with your first delivery, helping keep your order fresh and cut down on extra packaging.
