When will my delivery arrive?

Smith Brothers delivers on a fixed day each week, around the same time. You'll know your delivery day when you sign up - and we'll send a reminder the evening before so you're never caught off guard.

Do I need to be home for my delivery?

No need to be home. Your order arrives in your insulated porchbox, which keeps everything cold and protected until you're ready to unpack. We'll send you a notification the moment your delivery arrives.

How much is delivery?

Free delivery on orders over $20. Orders under $20 have a $4.99 delivery fee. No service fees, no tips, no surge pricing - ever.

Can I change or skip my delivery?

Yes - adjust your order any time until 2pm the day before delivery. Skip a week or cancel any time.
