A ready-to-slice-and-eat charcuterie board with a Northwest flair. The perfect New Years' Eve snack!

Coro by Salumi Red & Green Peppercorn Salami Piccolo – 5 oz.

Inspired for the holidays, this festive limited-edition uncured salami from Coro by Salumi is made with humanely treated vegetarian-fed pork, thoughtfully sourced spices, and studded with red and green peppercorns. Easy to eat and ready to slice. No instructions, soaking, or peeling required!

Ferndale Farmstead Asiago Pressa – 5.7 oz.

A 2017 American Cheese Society winner, Ferndale Farmstead Asiago Pressa is traditionally crafted in the Italian Pressata style using pasteurized whole milk straight from their farm. The young, semi-firm cheese is aged for only 2 to 3 months and sports a sharp, grassy flavor. For optimal flavor and texture, serve at room temperature. Remove from the fridge 1 hour prior to serving. This Asiago is also a great substitute for cheddar in most applications and will definitely make your homemade pizza worth talking about.

Bamboo Cutting Board - 11” x 7 1/8” x 3/4"D

Made of natural bamboo, this durable cutting board is laser engraved with our centennial logo and features a grooved outline, along with a handle for holding and hanging. Measuring at 11”W x 7 1/8”H x 3/4”D, it’s both decorative and fully functional – use as a carving board or as a presentation tray for cheeses and meats. Hand wash recommended.

Wish I'd purchased for Christmas, too!

I *loved* the salami, but I know it's not to everyone's taste. If you like sharp flavor, plenty of fat, and bites of peppercorn, it's the salami for you.

The Asiago cheese was a nice surprise. I think I've only eaten it when it has been aged like Parmesan and grated, but this one was both creamy and tangy.

I appreciate the board as well - can always use a serving board! I hope to be able to get both Salumi and Ferndale Farms products from Smith Bros. in the future!

I was so excited to get this but the cheese and meat were terrible. Awful flavor on both. Love the cutting board. Buy it on its own.

Disappointing to say the least

Not something that I would order again. I guess I was expecting the meat to taste a little better. Anyway it's got a lot of peppercorn in it and it is very overpowering and leaving a very metallurgy almost chemically taste. The cheese is a bit better but I would have to say flavorless.

I think I would have been happier with a lunchable at this print point.

The cutting board is adorable and definitely the best part. The meat and cheese, we won't eat anymore, just not for us.
