Andouille (ahn-DOO-ee) is a classic Louisiana smoked sausage and a Cajun cuisine staple. Uli’s Smoked Cajun-Style Andouille Sausages are handcrafted in Seattle using all-natural pork and a blend of chilis, garlic, thyme, and other Cajun spices. Uli’s uses the same recipe are their Cajun andouille, but these hot-style links are fully cooked and smoked over beechwood. Slice and serve in gumbo and jambalaya, fold into mac & cheese, or throw into a skillet with peppers, onions, and potatoes for a spicy hash.
