A tried and true classic, Caffe Vita’s flagship Del Sol Blend mirrors coffee's rich and complex history - from Ancient Ethiopia to Indonesia and to the Americas from Europe. Caffe Vita has been an independently owned Seattle roaster since its founding in 1995, and their dedication to ethical trading continues to this day. With a deep, silky amber crema and a sweet, caramel finish, this signature blend is strong enough for a latte, but sensitive enough for a pour-over.
