Cooking Directions

Conventional Oven

1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Bake for 20-30 minutes until the internal temperature is a minimum of 160F. If frozen, cook for 40-45 minutes until the internal temperature is a minimum of 160F and any liquid that has occurred has dissipated.
3. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes.

Microwave

1. Remove quiche from container and out of the foil pan.
2. Heat for 2-4 minutes.
3. Allow to cool for 3 minutes.
