Fresh rigatoni pasta made with a combination of semolina flour and fresh eggs.

Often associated with the cuisine of southern and central Italy, rigatoni is a tube-shaped pasta with a ridged exterior, which captures an extra bit of sauce in every bite. Made with a combination of semolina flour and fresh eggs, Carso’s Rigatoni pairs well with thick hearty sauces like ragù or try your hand at a cheesy baked pasta!

  1. Remove from freezer
  2. Slack the pasta: Allow the pasta to thaw in the refrigerator at a temperature between 34-39 degrees Farenheit. This process, called "slacking", ensures proper thawing without compromising quality.
  3. Date Labeling: After slacking, label the pasta with the date it was thawed plus 14 days.
