Seattle Bagel Bakery uses the traditional method of kettle boiling in small batches, which gives it that lovely crisp outer shell and chewy, dense pull-a-part texture inside. We recommend toasting it, topped with a cream cheese spread, and a hot cup of coffee on the side.
