Baking Instructions

• Allow dough to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes if thawed, or 4 hours if frozen.
• Pre-heat oven to 450F
• Lightly oil a cookie sheet or use a pre-heated pizza stone
• Apply a light dusting of flour on a smooth surface and slowly roll out the dough with a heavy rolling pin
• Place the dough into the pan and add your favorite sauce and toppings.
• Bake for 8 to 12 minutes, making sure the crust achieves desired doneness
