Beecher’s Yule Käse is a unique, seasonal version of their Flagship Reserve. Handmade at Pike Place Market using pasteurized cow’s milk, it’s clothbound and aged for 13 months in open-air. In addition, it is further aged in red wine and blackberry honey, giving it a nutty, caramel flavor with floral and berry tones. Yule Käse is an impressive addition to a cheese board, with the fruity flavors pairing well with Riesling or Hefeweizens.
