Avocado Banana Green Smoothie

Avocado Smoothie
Enjoy this refreshing and nutrient-packed green avocado smoothie as a delicious and wholesome breakfast, snack, or post-workout refuel!


  • 1/2 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt 
  • 1/2 cup milk, adjust amount as needed for desired consistency
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1-2 Tbsp honey or maple syrup, to taste
  • Ice cubes, as needed, for smoothie thickness & a hydration boost


Combine all ingredients in a blender and top off with ice cubes.

Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add more milk a little at a time until you reach your desired thickness.

Once the smoothie is smooth and creamy, taste and adjust the sweetness or thickness if needed.

Pour into a glass and enjoy!
