What you need


In a shallow dish (a pie pan works great), pour in the cold brew and place in the freezer. Every 20 minutes, pull out and break up into small crystals with a fork, until the cold brew is flakey and crystalized. Put back in the freezer, and make whipped cream. 

Place whipping cream into a bowl, and whip on high speed until slightly thickened. Add sugar gradually while whipping. Whip until stiff peaks form in the cream. Remove dish from freezer, and spoon into two glasses. Top with whipped cream and serve immediately.
