Asian Noodle Meal Prep Recipe

Sauce Base:

Add your sauce base to the bottom of a 16 oz jar:

1 tsp bouillon powder
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp sesame oil
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp ginger powder
1/2 tsp sesame seeds
1/2 tsp sriracha (optional)

Directions

Add your sauce base to the bottom of the jar.
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add your noodles and cook for 2 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water and divide between your jars.
Layer in your veg on top of your noodles with the heaviest towards the bottom of the jar.
Refrigerate for up to 5 days.
When ready to eat, add 1 cup of hot water to the jar and let sit for 5 minutes to heat through.

Order your layers: sauces on the bottom, then any protein and/or noodles, then veggies by weight. This helps to keep things from getting soggy.
If using lettuce or spinach, slice thinly so you can pack more in, and make it easier to mix thoroughly.
