What year did you join the team? 2011

What do you enjoy most about your job? I love the independence, working at your own pace and time, I love meeting people, being active, and seeing different areas of the state.

What’s your favorite product? My favorites are the blueberry muffins and eggs.

What’s your favorite way to spend a day off? I love to hang with my family, go to the zoo, play at a park, go to Rainers/Mariners games, workout, or just relax and do nothing.

What’s your favorite thing to do in the Pacific Northwest? I love to take the family to Ocean Shores, go camping, go to Rainer games, go to the zoo or museum.

What’s your proudest accomplishment? Getting married and being a dad to 2 boys.

What’s your hidden talent or hobby? I can juggle and I play competitive softball.

What would you sing at karaoke night? I’m not the singing type but I’ll rap some Lil’ Wayne. Lol

What was your first job? Paperboy

I’ve been with the company for 13 years. I played Division I baseball at Washington State University. Go Cougs! I have a beautiful wife and 2 boys. I have been married for 9 years but together for 16 years.

You have been a wonderful milkman. We affectionately call you our "milk ninja" because you are so fast and quiet!
Our daughter has recently been advised of a dairy allergy so our order has been weird as I navigate how to best support her and her allergy. We have decided to end our Smith Brother Farms delivery at this time.

Thank you for your reliability and nice notes letting me know if there is a change with my order.  Of course, of all days, I forgot to get my updated order in on time for June 17th, my birthday.  Missed it by 15 min!  Thank you again for serving all of us so well!

Thank you for always having milk ready to go before my husband goes to work and before the kiddos wake up. Once i left my milk box inside and my milk was delivered in a nice red bag to keep our milk cold.

We loved having him as our milkman. He was extremely dependable and we could set our clocks by his timely delivery each week! I hope his newest route is better for him.

You just started delivering to our house, and we are delighted to have you for our milkman.  I have about eight thousand pounds of tomatoes growing in my backyard, so don't be surprised if you get ambushed by brown paper bags full of them later this summer 😂

We Love Monday's now -- Kaeo magically fills our Smith Brother's delivery box! We never hear him coming or going -- he's stealth like Spiderman!

You are fast and efficient, quiet as a mouse! Thank you for coming even when I forget to complete my order in a timely matter, you will still drop off 5 milks... Appreciate your hard work ethic and dedication to your employer and customers. Have a great day, I give you the next 3 weeks off since we will be on a in state mini vacation...LOL;)

Hi Kaeo: Thank you for the great job in always delivering our order accurately. Although we've never seen you deliver to our house, we have seen you delivering to others in our community while we are on our morning walk. Sometimes you  see our wave and other times you are intent on your delivery. We will keep waving and always appreciate you!

You were our first milkman and sadly, was switched and I didn’t even know you left our route.
I had these Kauai Cookies I wanted to give you after you left your Christmas card with a picture of your wonderful family but again, I waited too long to leave them then realized we had a new milkman.

Sorry we missed National Milkman Day, but we do want you you to know we appreciate your great service. Especially the last 2 deliveries where the driveway has been partially blocked due to tree work and construction. That meant some extra steps for you. Sorry about that. Aloha Kaeo.  We just received our 5th Thursday morning delivery.  You must come really early, my porch sensor was tripped at 4:57 one Thursday morning.  Thank you for your note when the birthday cake milk wasn't ready for delivery yet a week ago.  Last night we added chocolate cupcakes to yesterday's birthday cake milk delivery and met a family who is moving in their back yard for dixie cup size samples of milk and celebrated not a birthday but Bon voyage.  The anniversary milk flavor was delicious.

We are one month into this new Smith Bros experience & so far loving it.
We agree with the many other reviewers that Kaeo’s early morning deliveries are very 🥷 stealthy & never wake our very alert dogs. Well done!
Looking forward to many more deliveries as we work through the menu of fresh & delicious products. Wishing we would have signed up sooner!
