Milkman Terry Good

Terry has been running around in milk trucks since he was eight years old. His father, Wally, was a milkman for 41 years. He's married and has three kids. He enjoys riding his Harley-Davidson and working on old cars to restore them to hot rods.

Hi Terry,
I really appreciate you delivering to us every Wed. Today, I went to grab the goods out of the cooler and dropped the peanut butter which shattered the glass. I'm so sad. Is there any way I can get a refund so I can go buy a new one at the store?

Terry is the best!  He is always friendly and personable.  Terry is so nice to our dog, Tikko! He always gets a treat so Tuesdays are definitely his favorite day of the week!  Just that extra step of leaving a treat for our dog or a note if something is out of stock - or even if something can be filled on a whim with a note request from me .. just very nice and personable extra touches.  Thank you, Terry, for your hard work!

Thank you for always bringing milk weekly! We appreciate you and even though are dogs bark they are appreciative of the treats you’ve left once in a while. Happy Milk man Day! Also pretty cool you’ve carried on a tradition from your father.

Thank you for all your hard work! Now more than ever (with a 5 month old baby and grandparents who want to visit) we really appreciate the regular delivery. It's made it so much easier to spend more time at home with the family and less time in stores we'd rather not be in right now.

Terry, we love Wednesday’s! We are new to the milk delivery and we are wondering why we didn’t start earlier in life! We no longe have to go on daily “milk runs” to the gas station because someone left an empty carton.
The kids fight to see who can empty our container and always ask if anyone was able to see the milkman. We thank you for your commitment to delivering even through the pandemic.  We are so grateful for your service and we look forward to many more deliveries. Thank you terry!

Dear Terry Good,
First, thank you and Smith Bros for being so nimble and ready to do what it takes to help keep people safe during the pandemic. It is impressive and I know I am only seeing the customer side. We are very thankful for being included on your Monday route. I am impressed with how neatly our items are put into our red bag...you have this down to an art and a science.
And, the dairy and other items you bring are of such high quality and soooo good! Your company completely deserves very high praise, indeed.

Terry! I am so glad to be back and have you as our Milkman! I loved our chats about Silverwood those early mornings at our old house. I had to laugh at your comment about our pile of shoes hasn't changed at our new house, some things never change even as the kids get older!! Ha Ha! We always love your cheerful face and how much you care about your clients! Thanks! And we still joke to our friends about how we like our milkman, but no, our kids look nothing like him! ha ha ha!

Hi Terry,
Though I've never actually had the pleasure of meeting you, I am so grateful for your wonderful service.  Every Monday morning without fail, I am excited to open that box on my porch and find your delivery.  Even though I know what I have ordered, it's like getting a little surprise present each week. It's a definite mood booster, especially during this unending pandemic.  Be safe out there!
