Recipe: Eggnog French Toast

  1. In a bowl, whisk eggs, eggnog, sugar and extract together
  2. Preheat and lightly grease griddle
  3. Dip each slice of bread, being sure to coat each side thoroughly
  4. Cook on griddle until golden brown on both sides (1-2 minutes)
  5. Drizzle with maple syrup and sprinkle with powdered sugar
