  1. Add precooked meat to a pan over medium heat.
  2. If using unseasoned ground beef, add the taco seasoning and water. (This step is not necessary for Herdez meats)
  3. Bring to a simmer.
  4. In a sheet pan with sides, layer chips, meat, and cheese.
  5. Broil on HIGH for a minute or until cheese is melted.
  6. Top with the tomatoes, onion, and cilantro, jalapeno, black olives, and sour cream before serving. Feel free to add all of your favorite toppings!
