Start your day with a burst of tropical flavor with our Kiwi Coconut Overnight Oats recipe. Creamy coconut milk, tangy kiwi, and wholesome oats come together in this make-ahead breakfast that's as refreshing as it is nutritious.


  • 16 oz. mason jar (wide mouth is easiest)
  • 1 cup peeled & diced kiwi fruit
  • 1 to 2 tbsp. honey, agave, or brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats, also called old-fashioned oats
  • 1/4 tsp lime zest
  • 1/2 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Almond Milk
  • Optional: chopped cashews for topping


Place the sliced fruit in the mason jar and with a fork, smash until it resembles a puree. Then add the lime zest, honey or other sweetener, chia seeds, and coconut almond milk. Gently stir the oats-and-milk mixture, leaving the fruit untouched. Secure with a lid and refrigerate overnight. When you’re ready to eat, give it a stir, and enjoy straight from the jar!

A Couple Of Notes:

  • If you find that the oats are a bit thick, thin with a little extra milk. 
  • While overnight oats are usually enjoyed cold straight from the mason jar, you can transfer them to another bowl and heat in the microwave for a couple of minutes.
