Building Community With Every Order

The Milk Fund program is a partnership between Smith Brothers and local school PTAs, booster clubs, non-profits, and fundraising programs to support education and enrichment activities for local kids in our community. When customers sign up for grocery delivery, the Smith Brothers Milk Fund program donates to the group. When we grow, we give back, continuing our legacy of supporting youth throughout the Pacific Northwest.

How Does It Work?

1. Become a Milk Fund participant. If you lead a local school group, youth program, or non-profit, contact us at getmilk@smithbrothersfarms.com to get started. Have your group’s EIN number handy. Your group will be assigned a unique code.
2. Share your code with the community. Each new customer who signs up with your code for Smith Brothers grocery delivery triggers a new donation.
3. Invest in kids. Use donations to fund uniforms, band instruments, field trips, tournament fees, carnivals, field days, color runs, and more!

It’s simple and easy to get started, and just like our grocery delivery service, there are no contracts, fine print, or hidden fees to complicate things. Donations accumulate and are mailed monthly to participating Milk Fund organizations.

Let’s get the word out!

Promote the Smith Brothers Milk Fund to earn as many donations as possible.

• Digital Outreach. Share your group’s code with everyone you know through social media, email, and newsletters. The code, a QR code, and a PDF will be provided.
• Host an event. We’ll pop up a booth at your event and encourage families to support your group by signing up for delivery. Open houses, parent nights, conferences, book fairs and athletic events are all great opportunities.
• Old-school Flyers. Sometimes important messages need to be posted or sent home with kids. If you’d like a digital copy of your Milk Fund flyer with your special code, we can do that.
• Reminders. The Milk Fund is ongoing throughout the year. Share your code often to accumulate donations.
