- Pour ¼ cup of Smith Brothers Farms whip cream into a jar and tighten the lid
- Shake it, shake it, and shake it some more
- After 15 to 30 minutes of nonstop shaking, the butterfat will separate in clumps from the liquid
- Drain the milk and place the butter into a bowl. Spread your fresh butter on some bread and enjoy!
Pumpkin Butter: Take 1/4 cup pumpkin puree, 1/4 cup powdered sugar, and 1 tsp of pumpkin pie spice and mix with 1/2 cup of butter to make pumpkin butter!
