I had really looked forward to meeting Josue yesterday and was here all day. Somehow he managed to deliver my order to my back porch without even trying the front door. I have a typing business in my home and was open all day. I tried several of the new products last night and was pleased with them. I will change my order slightly before next Monday, however. I need to change our delivery address, to a house 8 blocks from our home where we need to stay during a kitchen remodel. This site doesn't seem to want to let me do so, and I called during business hours only to get a message stating that I needed to call back during business hours. Please help!

Thank you so much for being here in these Covid times.  You delivered as requested.  The products have been wonderful. We never did meet Kennedy.  He is fast and efficient.  We are moving into assisted living next week and will need to cancel service after tomorrow.  You have been great!

My porch box is on the stoop at my back door in the carport of my house.  Do I have a new driver?? For the past two weeks my delivery has been dropped over a locked gate at front of house.  Once in a blue crate and today in an insulated red bag.  Can you please deliver porch box?
