Need to jazz up your grilled asparagus? Here are three ways to grill asparagus that are sure to please everyone!
Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place over high heat for 3-5 minutes (or until desired doneness). Serve immediately.
Grab a pack of bacon (we have some great options here!), and wrap individual slices of bacon around individual stalks of asparagus, making sure that you cover as much of the asparagus as possible. Grill over medium-high heat until bacon is browned.
Tip: To avoid bacon drippings on your grill, lay down some foil and place the wrapped asparagus on top.
Lemon & Goat Cheese
Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place over high heat for 3-5 minutes (or until desired doneness). Sprinkle a teaspoon of lemon zest over warm asparagus. Crumble goat cheese over the asparagus. Serve immediately. For some extra zest, squeeze a little of the lemon juice over as well!
