Penny’s Hatch Pepper Salsa is made fresh in small batches, featuring tomatoes, yellow onions, Hatch peppers, spices, and fresh cilantro. The Hatch pepper is a green chile grown only in the Hatch Valley of New Mexico and is harvested once a year in August. From mild to extra hot, the green chiles range in heat level.
