Monday, January 12, 2026

It’s game day, and this dip came to win. Creamy, punchy, and packed with Rogue Creamery Oregon Blue cheese, this blue cheese dip is a Pacific Northwest favorite that plays perfectly with wings, burgers, and crispy dippers of all kinds.
Makes about 1.5 cups
Ingredients:
- 1 4.2-ounce package Rogue Creamery Oregon Blue, crumbled
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Smith Brothers all-natural sour cream
- 2 Tablespoons Smith Brothers buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, finely grated (or substitute garlic powder)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper in a medium bowl.
- Mash half of the blue cheese crumbles with a fork and mix them into the creamy base.
- Fold in the remaining blue cheese crumbles gently to maintain a chunky texture.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. If the dip is too thick, use a little more buttermilk to thin it to your desired texture.
- Chill in an airtight container in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving to let the flavors mingle.
- Serve the dip with fresh vegetables, chips, or alongside buffalo wings.
