Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1-2 Tbsp Smith Brothers milk
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup Smith Brothers sour cream
- 2 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1-2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
