Scalloped potatoes are a comforting side dish that pairs well with about any type of meat. When the milk and cream mix with the starch from the potatoes, it creates a wonderfully rich sauce. It’s then baked until there's a gorgeous golden-brown crust. Best of all, Carso’s has done all the prepping! All you have to do is pop it in the oven.
Note: Keep frozen until ready to heat. Once thawed, it has a 5-day shelf life.
- Preheat oven to 375F
- Remove lid
- If frozen, bake for 30-40 minutes. Internal temperature should be 145-160F.
- If thawed, reduce cooking time to 15-20 minutes or until bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
