With Carso’s Salmon Cakes, you can have a healthy, delicious meal on the table in no time! Each package contains two frozen patties that are packed with salmon, rolled in a panko coating, and accented by hints of lemon, mustard, green onion, dill, and hot sauce. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, simply heat and enjoy! Cooking Instructions

Conventional Oven

  • Preheat to 350F. 
  • Place on a baking sheet and lightly brush with oil for a crispier texture.
  • Bake until internal temperature is at least 165F and cake is browned, roughly 20 to 30 minutes.

Pan Fry

  • Cook on medium to low heat.
  • Place 1 tsp. oil in a frying pan.
  • Brown both sides until the internal temperature is at least 165F
